Reservations

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made up to 2 months prior to your arrival date. A deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation. The reservation deposit will be used as your electric deposit upon checking in. The first months lot rent will be due upon check in. Other deposits will include $10 optional mail box key. There is a $10 one time activation fee for the gate app.

DAILY/WEEKLY RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made up to 2 months prior to arrival date. A reservation deposit of $40 for daily and $50 for weekly will be required. The deposit will be applied to the balance upon arrival. For stays during the following holidays; New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas, a full payment will be required.

Refunds on Reservation Deposits

A 50% refund on the reservation deposit will be given if we are notified by phone during business hours 4 days prior to the check in date. NO REFUND will be given after the close of business 4 days prior to check in.
 

REFUNDS ON RESERVATION DURING HOLIDAYS
A refund of 50% will be given if we are notified by phone during business hours 2 weeks prior to the check in date. NO REFUND will be given after the close of business 2 weeks prior to check in.
